Theresa Finn oversees all Hammer Head business operations. Having witnessed her son experience a severe head injury while swimming, Theresa was immediately on board with the idea to develop a protective swim cap. Her extensive business background and years of sales in software, data analytics and brand management helped get Hammer Head®, the world’s first protective swim cap, off the drawing board and into the pool.

Finn is passionate about improving head safety standards in swimming and all aquatic sports with this technology she helped patent. She continues to leverage her business experience and contacts ash she leads the company into it’s next growth phase.
